Education

Educational History:

In 2003 I graduation from Fairfield High School. After graduating from Navarro College with an Associates Degree in Science, I graduated 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2019, I was certified to teach special education. During the summer of 2021, I was trained to teach dyslexia.

Current Position:

In August of 2009, I started teaching Fairfield Elementary School and did so for 10 years. Currently, I teach special education at Fairfield Intermediate school. 

Family Information:

In 2006, I married my high school sweethear, Andrew Baxter. We have two wonderful children, Dallas and Emma Joy. They both attend Fairfield ISD schools. We enjoy camping and lots of other outdoor activities. We have a black lab, Piper, who loves to duck hunt.
